DPTU “Bucim” DOOEL Radovis reaffirms its long-term commitment to supporting sports and the local community, continuing its role as general sponsor of Wrestling Club “Bucim”, in line with the principles of corporate social responsibility, transparency, and good corporate governance.
With the new organizational structure, Ivica Karapetrov has been appointed President of the club, further strengthening institutional alignment and establishing a solid foundation for the club’s long-term and sustainable development.
The position of Sports Director has been assumed by Mogamed Ibragimov – a legend of Macedonian wrestling and bronze medalist at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, marking the country’s first Olympic medal. His extensive international experience and outstanding achievements bring new energy and a clear direction for enhancing professional work and the systematic development of youth categories.
“Our goal is to restore the tradition of wrestling in Radovis and to build a stable system for developing young athletes. Through joint efforts, a professional approach, and support from the community, I believe that WC ‘Bucim’ can once again be recognized for top results and nurture future champions,” said Ibragimov.
In cooperation with Municipality of Radovis and other relevant stakeholders, the club will focus on restoring and further advancing the rich wrestling tradition in Radovis, while creating conditions for the continuous development of young talents.
As part of its commitment to social responsibility, Bucim directs its support toward activities of public interest that contribute to youth development, the promotion of healthy values, and the strengthening of the local community, while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and principles of good governance.
The inclusion of a management representative in the club’s governing structure adds further value by enhancing transparency, accountability, and good governance, in support of the sustainable development of sport.
