Bucim and Borov Dol Launch the First-Ever STEM Robotics Program in Radovish

In a revolutionary step toward educational progress and social responsibility, Bucim and Borov Dol mines are supporting the first-ever STEM Robotics program in Radovish. This innovative initiative is designed to provide children with hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), fostering key skills for the digital future.

As part of their commitment to the local community, Bucim is covering 50% of the program costs, making this high-quality education more accessible to the children of employees. The program is currently in progress, with 19 childrenactively participating, using SPIKE Essential kits to build, program, and explore robotics through interactive learning.

A Pathway to Full Scholarships : What makes this initiative truly impactful is its long-term vision. After the initial three months, Bucim will evaluate each student’s progress and dedication. Those who demonstrate exceptional commitment and achievement will become eligible for co-financed scholarships, ensuring sustained access to advanced STEM education, regardless of financial background.
