Bucim continues to further develop its cooperation with the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences at the “Goce Delcev” University in Shtip, with the aim of supporting practical education and bringing students closer to real industrial processes and the opportunities offered by the mining sector.
As part of the ongoing cooperation with the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences at “Goce Delcev” University – Shtip, Bucim hosted a visit by 13 first- and second-year students from the geology and mining engineering study programs, accompanied by a university professor.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into geological exploration, surface mining operations, and mineral processing activities, as well as into the modern technologies, machinery, and operational practices applied in the mining industry.
Such activities represent an important part of the continuous cooperation between Bucim and UGD – Shtip, aimed at encouraging greater interest among young people in technical and engineering professions, while also enabling students to establish direct connections with industry during their education.
Bucim remains committed to supporting young talent and creating opportunities for their professional development, recognizing that future engineers and geologists are an essential part of the development of modern industry in Radovish and beyond.
