Bucim has completed a development programme for 30 representatives of middle management, delivered in cooperation with NLP Macedonia – Center for Business Psychology SEE.
The programme forms part of the company’s broader approach to continuously strengthening employees’ knowledge and skills in line with their professional roles, responsibilities and the evolving needs of the business.
In a modern mining and production environment, the development of human capital is essential for the safe, efficient and responsible management of complex operations. For this reason, Bucim supports a range of professional development initiatives, from technical and occupational safety training to the advancement of leadership, organisational and management capabilities.
The programme focused on practical aspects of leadership, including setting clear tasks and expectations, coordinating and motivating teams, decision-making, managing change and responding constructively to different workplace situations.
Through practical exercises, discussions and the analysis of examples from everyday operations, participants exchanged experience and explored approaches applicable to their direct work with people and processes.
At Bucim, investment in employees is not limited to a single organisational group or professional field. It is a continuous process through which the company develops technical expertise, safety competencies, management capabilities and the organisational capacity to respond to emerging operational and technological requirements.
Through this approach, Bucim preserves and strengthens its internal expertise, creates opportunities for professional growth and reinforces the foundations for stable operations and sound corporate governance.
