Radovish, 18 March 2026 – DPTU Bucim DOOEL Radovish hosted, for the fourth consecutive year, a group of students from UiT The Arctic University of Norway, as part of its ongoing and well-established international cooperation with the academic community.
The group, composed of 20 students from several European countries, represented a strong example of international academic exchange, bringing together diverse educational backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives in the fields of geology and mining.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the Company’s core operational processes—from geological exploration, through mining operations, to mineral processing—as well as the application of modern technologies, high safety standards, and a systematic approach to environmental protection.
A particular value of the visit was the direct exposure to real industrial processes, enabling a practical understanding of the complexity of mining operations and the importance of responsible resource management.
“This collaboration, now in its fourth consecutive year, reflects our continued efforts to bridge education and industry. Through such visits, students gain practical knowledge and a realistic understanding of the sector, which is essential for their future professional development,” said Kristina Krsteva, Director for Sustainable Development.
As a company committed to modern and responsible operations, Bucim continuously strengthens its role as a partner to academic institutions, actively contributing to knowledge exchange, practical education, and the development of future professionals within an international context.
