Since the beginning of this year, the mine has introduced a system of monetary rewards for those employees who have been continuously employed by the company for 15 years.
According to current North Macedonian legislation, financial benefits for those working for the same company for over 15 years should be calculated as follows:
The basis for calculating the financial award for 15 years of service shall be equal to North Macedonia’s average monthly net salary per employee over the past three months, as calculated on the date of payment.
210 of Bucim’s loyal employees are expected to receive this monetary reward by the end of 2020.
The payment of the financial awards began to take effect on 01.01.2020, together with the salary payment for the past month, for those employees who have been employed with the right of payment in that month.
