On 17 July 2026, an exhibition featuring children’s drawings created during the creative and educational workshop “Minerals Through Children’s Eyes” was held at the Museum of Love and Art in Radovish. The workshop was organised by DPTU Bucim DOOEL Radovish for the children of its employees.
The exhibition was a continuation of the activity held on 14 June 2026, when the young participants expressed their views of minerals, nature, mining and their parents’ work through play, conversation, colour and drawing.
A total of 36 artworks were presented at the exhibition, each distinguished by its unique expression, idea and message. DPTU Bucim DOOEL Radovish purchased all 36 works, which will be displayed throughout the company’s premises and will become a permanent feature of Bucim’s working environment.
In this way, the children’s drawings will not remain merely a memory of a single workshop. Instead, they will become part of the everyday workplace and serve as a reminder that behind every process are people, families, dedication and a shared sense of belonging.
The initiative also carries broader social significance. It creates a space in which children’s voices are heard and valued, introduces younger generations to the industry in a warm and accessible way, and brings together the workplace, family, culture and the local community. It sends children a clear message that their creativity, efforts and ideas matter and that they have a meaningful place within the Bucim community.
“We wanted the children’s ideas to live on beyond the workshop and the exhibition, which is why their artworks will be given a permanent place within Bucim’s premises. In this way, their creativity receives genuine recognition and becomes part of our everyday working environment. For us, these drawings are much more than works of art—they are part of the stories of our employees, their families and the community we are building together,” said Kristina Krsteva, Director of Sustainable Development at DPTU Bucim DOOEL Radovish.
