DPTU Bucim DOOEL Radovish took part in the Open and Career Day 2026, organized by Goce Delchev University – Shtip, an event that once again brought together young people, academia, and the business sector with a clear goal—to strengthen the link between education and the labor market.
The event, held in Shtip, attracted a large number of high school and university students, who had the opportunity to learn firsthand about career development paths, internship opportunities, and employment prospects. Representatives of Bucim engaged directly with attendees, presenting working conditions, development programs, and long-term career opportunities within the company.
As a company that continuously invests in human capital development, Bucim actively contributes to building a skilled workforce through cooperation with educational institutions and support for practical learning.
“For us, events like this go far beyond a simple presentation—they are an opportunity for direct engagement with future talent. Young people today are looking for clear prospects, practical experience, and opportunities for growth, and it is our responsibility as a company to provide these conditions. Only through strong collaboration between education and the business sector can we develop well-prepared and competitive professionals,” said Miroslav Petrov, Head of Human Resources at Bucim.
The participation of over 50 companies and the interest of around one thousand visitors further confirm the growing need for such platforms, which enable young people to better navigate and plan their professional careers.
Bucim remains committed to investing in young talent by creating opportunities for internships, employment, and continuous professional development, as part of its long-term commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
